We collect information necessary to provide the CallistoPro service (automated missed-call SMS for home service businesses). This may include:
- Phone numbers (business and customer)
- Names and contact details (e.g. email) for account and support
- Message content sent and received via the service (e.g. SMS related to missed calls)
How we use it
We use this data solely to:
- Provide and operate the CallistoPro service (e.g. sending and receiving SMS in response to missed calls)
- Run, maintain, and improve the service
- Comply with applicable law and carrier or regulatory requirements
Consent for SMS (missed-call follow-up)
We only send SMS to people who have already contacted the business by calling its published phone number. Consent to receive a follow-up SMS is the caller’s act of placing that call. We do not use opt-in keywords (e.g. SUBSCRIBE) or a separate opt-in message; we send at most one follow-up SMS to the caller’s number after a missed call. We do not share consent or opt-in information with third parties.
SMS Communications
When you call a business phone number powered by CallistoPro and the call is not answered, you may receive a single SMS message in response to your call. This message allows the business to follow up regarding your inquiry.
Message frequency: one message per missed call.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Sharing and marketing
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for marketing. We do not share consent or opt-in information with third parties. Any sharing is limited to what is necessary to operate the service (e.g. with our communications provider to deliver SMS) or to comply with law.
