Use of the service
CallistoPro provides automated SMS responses to missed calls for home service businesses. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must use the service in compliance with applicable law and carrier and regulatory requirements, including those governing commercial messaging (e.g. A2P 10DLC in the US).
Consent for messaging
For missed-call follow-up SMS, consent is obtained when the end user places a voice call to the business’s published phone number. We send only one follow-up SMS to that caller’s number; we do not use opt-in keywords or a separate opt-in message. This practice is designed to comply with applicable carrier and A2P messaging requirements.
SMS Communications
When you call a business phone number powered by CallistoPro and the call is not answered, you may receive a single SMS message in response to your call. Message frequency: one message per missed call. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; for help reply HELP. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Acceptable use
You may not use CallistoPro for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity. You may not use it to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages that violate carrier or regulatory rules. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from end users before messaging them.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.
